Red amber & blue sommerso votive candle holder

This lovely votive glass candle holder has three layers of contrasting coloured glass within an outermost clear casing. The inner is a rich ruby colour with an amber layer followed by a blue layer. This technique is known as sommerso ( trans. submerged or sunken glass). The top of the candle holder has 5 smooth polished sloping shoulders above a base that has 5 textured sides that curve inwards to a 5 sided base. Equally good with a tea light or a candle and very good with the other votive candle holder that is on the site.
